Liftoff is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the Deal Desk team within Strategic Finance. The role involves managing complex financial models and files tracking customer incentive programs and revenue adjustments. Responsibilities include designing financial incentives with sales, analyzing deal desk performance, strategic financial modeling, cross-functional data support, revenue adjustment tracking, collaboration with accounting for accurate financial close, and maintaining key KPI files. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in finance or related field, 5+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, organizational ability, understanding of accounting and valuation, problem-solving skills, business judgment, data visualization experience with tools like Tableau, Salesforce, or Looker, and excellent communication skills. The position is remote with preference for Pacific Time Zone and San Francisco Bay Area. Compensation includes base salary plus bonus ranging from $103,000 to $150,000 depending on location, plus equity and benefits.
