Senior Engineering Program Manager responsible for managing projects and programs in product-facing R&D teams delivering advertising solutions. Key duties include collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to launch and evolve products, driving complex cross-functional projects, managing dependencies and risks, aligning priorities with technical leaders, ensuring timely and quality delivery, orchestrating team efforts, assisting in team transformation, and influencing organizational change. Requirements include a BS/MS in Software Engineering or related field, 4+ years software engineering experience, strong project management skills, ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, ownership of end-to-end project cycles, problem-solving and influencing skills, resource balancing experience, attention to detail, and English proficiency.
