Full job description
Senior Expert Services Manager role responsible for strategy, performance, and outcomes of enterprise retail media accounts. Hands-on campaign planning and optimization across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, and other retail media networks. Provide strategic advice to senior client stakeholders, lead QBRs, support renewals and growth, and build custom analyses and automations. Serve as retail media subject matter expert and mentor colleagues. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive platform innovation. Requires deep expertise in retail media ecosystems, Amazon and Walmart full stack advertising, advanced use of AMC, strong analytical skills, and experience with generative AI tools. Preferred experience includes agency background, coaching, commercial exposure, and familiarity with multiple retail media networks. US-based with up to 10-15% travel. Hybrid work model. Salary range $100,000-120,000 plus bonus eligibility.
