Full job description
Senior Expert Services Manager responsible for strategy, performance, and outcomes of enterprise retail media accounts. Hands-on campaign planning and optimization across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, and other retail media networks. Provide strategic consulting, root-cause analysis, and actionable recommendations to clients. Lead QBRs and client reviews, support renewals and growth, and build custom analyses and automations. Serve as retail media subject matter expert internally and mentor junior colleagues. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams. Requires deep expertise in retail media platforms, advanced analytics, generative AI tools, and strong client stakeholder management. US-based role with hybrid work model and up to 15% travel. Salary range $95,000-$105,000 plus bonus eligibility.
