Full job description
Senior Expert Services Manager responsible for strategy, performance, and outcomes of enterprise retail media accounts. Manage campaigns hands-on across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, and other retail media networks. Investigate performance issues, advise senior stakeholders, lead QBRs, and support client renewals and growth. Build custom analyses and automations beyond standard tools. Serve as retail media expert internally and mentor junior colleagues. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams. Requires deep expertise in retail media ecosystems, Amazon and Walmart full stack, advanced use of Amazon Marketing Cloud, strong analytical skills, and generative AI tools. Preferred experience includes agency background, coaching, commercial exposure, and familiarity with multiple retail media networks. US-based with hybrid work model and up to 15% travel. Salary range $95,000-$105,000 plus bonus eligibility.
