Full job description
Senior Expert Services Manager responsible for strategy, performance, and outcomes of enterprise retail media accounts. Hands-on campaign planning and optimization across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, and other retail media networks. Provide strategic consulting, root-cause analysis, and actionable recommendations. Lead QBRs, support client renewals and growth, build custom reports and automations. Serve as retail media expert internally and mentor colleagues. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams. Requires deep expertise in retail media platforms, analytics, and generative AI tools. US-based role with hybrid work model and up to 15% travel. Salary range $100,000-120,000 plus bonus eligibility.
