Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence

What you'll do

• Design and maintain advanced reporting solutions and dashboards for multiple teams and business segments
• Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, defining technical requirements for ETL processes and data models
• Develop customized KPIs and metrics to quantify business performance, risks, and opportunities
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, implementing validation frameworks and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on reporting needs and communicate findings clearly
• Own and deliver recurring and ad-hoc stakeholder reports with minimal supervision
• Build or optimize automated reporting workflows using available tools including AI tools such as Claude or Gemini
• Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the Advertising Technologies department
• Document data definitions, reporting procedures, and ETL logic to reduce knowledge concentration risk
• Participate in sprint planning and backlog prioritization for the BI team
• Leverage AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and draft documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role
• Strong track record of delivering advanced reporting for multiple stakeholder teams
• Advanced SQL skills
• Ability to define ETL requirements and work with complex, heterogeneous datasets
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
• Experience building client-facing or executive-ready dashboards
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting data-driven findings to senior management and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to identify data quality root causes and implement systematic solutions
