StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Compensation Lead to design, evolve, and execute global compensation strategies and programs. The role requires expertise in compensation program management, strategic partnership with business and HR leaders, and the ability to scale compensation processes globally. Responsibilities include managing compensation cycles, conducting market research, building compensation models in Excel/Google Sheets, and supporting total rewards initiatives. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, experience with generative AI and advanced analytics tools, excellent communication abilities, and be comfortable with occasional international travel. What you'll do

  • Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global compensation programs
  • Plan, execute, and administer compensation programs and cycles for global employees
  • Manage third-party market research and survey participation, translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Build and maintain compensation models, reporting, and tools in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Partner cross-functionally with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and other stakeholders
  • Develop communication materials and guidance to help managers and employees understand compensation programs
  • Research emerging market practices and compensation trends to shape future strategy
  • Support broader total rewards initiatives including incentive and equity-related processes

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current trends, and market benchmark data
  • International compensation experience preferred
  • Experience integrating emerging tools such as generative AI and advanced analytics to automate workflows and enhance pay equity modelling
  • Proven analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets including building and maintaining complex models
  • Strong communication skills, including public speaking and tailoring information for different audiences
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and ambiguity
  • Experience building compensation programs from the ground up with ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Willingness to travel internationally occasionally
