Full job description

Smadex is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of clients across Europe. This is a remote position with the possibility to relocate to Barcelona. The role involves managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns on programmatic platforms, optimizing towards clients' KPIs, and growing partnerships. Responsibilities include building strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, providing data-driven insights, leading client meetings, and representing the company externally. Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant experience, excellent English communication skills, timezone compatibility with Barcelona HQ (CET +/- 2 hours), strong analytical skills with knowledge of cohort analysis and acquisition metrics (ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA), and a good understanding of the mobile app industry.   • Offer new product features aligned with customers’ business stage
  • Lead client meetings and regular business reviews
  • Represent Entravision & Smadex externally and sell in-house mobile advertising solutions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns on programmatic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Timezone compatibility with Barcelona HQ (CET +/- 2 hours)
  • Analytical skills with deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA
  • Strong understanding of the mobile app industry: actors, media-buying, sellers, suppliers, MMPs
  • Proactive, disciplined, and highly organized with ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude, passion for Apps, and love for problem-solving
  • Speaking Turkish or Russian is a plus
