Full job description
Senior Client Success Consultant role focused on managing North American accounts remotely from India. Responsibilities include owning a book of accounts, supporting Canadian Managers, ensuring renewals, running live demos on Google Analytics and Amplitude, managing sales documents (SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, Change Orders), and optimizing use of Salesforce, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint. Requires strong communication skills, tech-savviness, and preferably project management experience.
