Full job description

Senior Client Success Consultant role focused on managing North American accounts remotely from India. Responsibilities include owning a book of accounts, supporting Canadian Managers, ensuring renewals, running live demos in Google Analytics and Amplitude, managing sales documents (SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, Change Orders), and using tools like Salesforce, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint. Requires strong English communication skills, tech-savviness, and preferably project management experience.

What you'll do

Own a dedicated book of accounts and support Canadian Managers’ portfolios
Ensure seamless renewals and accurate administrative processes
Run live demos of Google Analytics and Amplitude
Manage sales documents ensuring all details are accurate
Use and optimize tools such as Salesforce, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint
Act as the strategic link between Canadian Managers and clients
Translate complex project needs into actionable tasks
Manage account heavy lifting to maintain strong partnerships and on-track renewals

Requirements

Comfortable running live demos in Google Analytics and Amplitude
Familiarity with sales documents such as SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, and Change Orders
Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Project management experience is a plus
Tech-savvy and comfortable with spreadsheets and new software UIs
