Verve is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Manager with 4+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising. The role involves serving as the primary client contact for key brand, agency, and publisher accounts, ensuring campaign success, client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Responsibilities include collaborating with Campaign Managers, Ad Operations, and Sales to develop and execute programmatic and digital media campaign strategies, providing clients with performance updates, and maintaining strong client relationships. Required skills include familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IAS, DoubleClick), proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and CRM tools like Salesforce. The position is full-time with a hybrid work environment based in New York City. Salary range is $85,000 to $100,000 USD.
