Verve is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Manager with 4+ years experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising. The role involves managing key brand, agency, and publisher accounts, ensuring campaign success, client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Responsibilities include client relationship management, campaign strategy collaboration with Campaign Managers and Ad Operations, sales collaboration for upsell opportunities, and providing clear performance updates. Required skills include familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IAS, DoubleClick), proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and CRM tools like Salesforce. The position is full-time, hybrid (NYC office), offering a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 USD, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, free lunch onsite, volunteer opportunities, and professional development.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Partner with Campaign Managers and Ad Operations to translate client goals into effective programmatic and digital media campaign strategies and flawless execution
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and maintain alignment on client needs and revenue growth
  • Provide clients with clear, actionable updates on pacing, performance, and optimizations to maximize ROI in a strategic, easy-to-digest format
  • Act as the bridge between clients, operations, and sales teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all stakeholders
  • Maintain deep knowledge of client history and campaign performance to strengthen partnerships

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising
  • Familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IAS, DoubleClick)
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage client accounts effectively
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills, partnering with Campaign Managers, Ad Operations, and Sales
  • Naturally curious, with a desire to understand advertising technology and improve client outcomes
