Reporting to the Director, Client Services, this role focuses on post-sales client relationships including user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, designing campaign strategies, ensuring campaign success through reporting and optimizations, setting up campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, identifying upselling opportunities, and providing strategic thought leadership. Requires 6+ years of RTB/programmatic experience, familiarity with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads, strong client relationship management skills, and knowledge of digital advertising trends. The role is remote-first with preference for candidates located in Chicago and involves up to 20% travel. Salary range is $96,000 to $132,000 USD.
