Full job description

Amazon Ads Large Customer Sales seeks a Senior Account Executive to lead strategic Grocery category accounts. Responsibilities include managing advertiser relationships, driving media investment, delivering tailored Amazon Ads solutions (display, video, Streaming TV, Audio, Sponsored Ads, AdTech, AMC), meeting revenue targets, building senior client and agency relationships, orchestrating cross-functional teams, developing data-driven insights, improving processes, and leading strategic initiatives. Requirements: 5+ years B2B sales, 7+ years digital media ad sales, experience in customer relationship building, executive management, and grocery leadership. Location: New York, NY.

What you'll do

  • Own and lead the overall advertiser relationship and strategy including account planning and direct advertiser agreements for complex, upper-tier accounts
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by securing sustained media investment partnerships and expanding Amazon Ads product adoption
  • Deliver structured, objective-based long-term plans to drive growth and improve advertiser experience
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client and agency stakeholders (VP/Director level and above)
  • Set customer objective-based priorities for cross-functional account teams and orchestrate internal partner teams
  • Develop data-driven insights, advertiser/agency education, and industry perspective to build effective client relationships
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with client and agency senior leadership and contribute to reporting and narratives
  • Improve, streamline, and eliminate excess processes; drive efficiencies and develop best practices and playbooks
  • Influence sales organization, partner teams, and senior leaders; advocate on behalf of the customer within Amazon
  • Participate in and/or lead strategic initiatives and influence partner team roadmaps

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience
  • Experience building new customer relationships, closing sales and generating revenue
  • Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders
  • Experience in grocery leadership
