The Senior Account Director will lead a key client relationship with a major consumer brand, acting as the primary strategic advisor and day-to-day client lead. Responsibilities include managing the business and client relationships, identifying development opportunities, ensuring delivery and profitability, and managing a team of 2-4 direct reports. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7+ years in account management or related fields, experience with large consumer brand clients, managing complex projects, and leading teams. Strong communication and multitasking skills needed. The role is full-time, hybrid with office presence expected three days per week in Chicago. Salary range is $99,500-$132,750.
