Full job description

Lead the full implementation lifecycle of Salesforce Data Cloud including data acquisition, integration, quality assurance, activation, and ongoing use. Design and document scalable solutions on-site with clients and translate business requirements into technical tasks for offshore teams. Provide technical expertise and hands-on support to offshore resources. Develop data-driven segmentation strategies for audience targeting and personalized customer journeys. Design and implement data models, pipelines, and transformations within Salesforce Data Cloud. Act as subject matter expert on Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization, and Salesforce Personalization. Integrate data from Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, databases, and third-party platforms to create unified customer profiles. Participate in knowledge sharing, practice development, and lead proof-of-concept projects. Guide junior offshore team members. Stay current with Salesforce releases and AI/cloud technology trends. Requires minimum 5 years technical experience with at least 2 years hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience, expertise in Salesforce core products, marketing automation, data modeling, ETL, SQL, and Salesforce platform development. Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehousing is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Position is remote with up to 25% travel, reporting to architect—decisioning director, no managerial duties. Salary range $113,000 - $175,000 plus discretionary incentives.
