Full job description

Join Vibe's GTM Operations team to own and administer the Salesforce instance used for account assignment and pipeline management. Responsibilities include building and maintaining Salesforce flows, resolving data integrity issues, ensuring reliable integrations with GTM tools such as Outreach, Kaia, Default, Calendly, and Gong, and proactively monitoring data sync and hygiene. Partner with Sales, SDR, CSM, and AM teams to translate requests into scalable system changes and apply AI tools to accelerate Salesforce build, testing, and documentation. Requirements include Salesforce Administrator credentials or equivalent experience, hands-on experience with Salesforce flows and API, experience integrating GTM tools into CRM, and practical use of AI tools like Claude in Salesforce work. Preferred skills include Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL) and experience with CRM data quality monitoring. The role is full-time, hybrid in New York, NY, with a salary range of $150,000-$200,000 plus variable pay.
