Full job description

Full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Irving, Texas. Responsible for identifying and creating qualified sales opportunities through high-volume prospecting including cold calls, emails, and social media. Collaborate with sales teams and manager to refine sales development strategies and maintain CRM records. Must have 2+ years of sales development experience, strong communication skills, ability to manage lead funnel, and knowledge of CRM and sales engagement tools such as Outreach.io. Experience engaging senior decision-makers and working with marketing or advertising products preferred. Salary range $60,000 to $90,000 plus potential bonuses. What you'll do

  • Identify and create new qualified opportunities for the sales team
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Work with Manager of Sales Development to develop and refine sales development playbook
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create 1:1 campaigns to drive demand
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM system
  • Provide clear and concise communication to prospects and internal teams
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in sales development generating leads and qualifying opportunities
  • Passion for sales and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Diligent management of lead funnel with precision
  • Self-starter able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to test assumptions, troubleshoot issues, and experiment with new approaches
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach.io)
  • Experience engaging senior-level decision-makers
  • Experience with marketing or advertising products (preferred)
  • Experience with companies selling multiple, complex technology products (preferred)
  • Ability to work well with sales and marketing teams
