Skai is hiring an Expert Services Specialist or Senior Specialist to manage retail media campaigns on the Skai Retail Media platform. The role involves hands-on campaign execution, optimization, budget pacing, bid and structure management, performance analysis, and client advising across Amazon, Walmart, and other networks. Responsibilities include preparing performance reports, building custom analyses and automations, coaching team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates must have experience managing paid ecommerce campaigns, strong analytical skills, data fluency in Excel or similar tools, client communication skills, ownership mindset, and curiosity about AI tools. Preferred experience includes Walmart Connect, DSP platforms, AMC, other retail media networks, agency background, and global team collaboration. The position is full-time, hybrid (three days in office per week), based in New York City, with occasional travel. Salary range is $90,000-100,000 plus bonus eligibility.
