StackAdapt is hiring a Project Manager, IT & Operations to lead cross-functional projects that improve processes and systems across teams including Sales, Client Success, Finance, Product, Legal, Procurement, and InfoSec. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering projects with clear timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should have experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments, strong project management skills, and familiarity with SaaS tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, and AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT and Workato. Project management certifications and a relevant degree are preferred. This is a full-time remote position open to candidates anywhere in Canada. Salary range for Ontario candidates is $76,000 to $90,250 CAD base. What you'll do

  • Lead planning and execution of cross-functional IT and business projects from intake through delivery
  • Partner with teams across Sales, Client Success, Finance, Product, Legal, Procurement, InfoSec, and others to align on project goals, requirements, timelines, and outcomes
  • Manage project plans, workstreams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
  • Support RFPs, ROI analysis, vendor assessments, and implementation planning for SaaS tools and business systems
  • Use AI assistants and automation tools to improve research, documentation, workflows, and day-to-day project productivity
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders including progress, risks, decisions, and next steps
  • Measure project outcomes and support post-project evaluations against business goals and expected ROI

Requirements

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong project management fundamentals with outcomes-focused execution
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects at once, ideally across global or distributed teams
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with SaaS tools and business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, or similar platforms
  • Curiosity and hands-on experience using AI or automation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Workato, or similar tools
  • Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and bring structure to ambiguous situations
  • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms
  • Preferred degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management, or related field
  • PMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar project management certifications considered an asset
