RTB House seeks a senior-level professional with 5-8 years of experience in revenue operations, business systems, sales/client services enablement, or related fields. The role involves building and maintaining operational tools and automations to support Client Services, driving CRM adoption and data hygiene, utilizing AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to automate workflows, standardizing Account Management deliverables, reviewing account outputs for consistency, optimizing operational handoffs, and enabling teams through onboarding and documentation. Required skills include experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, Asana, Zapier, Make, AI tools, and basic SQL knowledge. Fluency in English and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience are required.
