RTB House seeks a mid-level sales enablement professional to support business initiatives and projects aimed at increasing sales efficiency. Responsibilities include providing data, insights, research, and presentations to sales teams; conducting industry, market, and prospect research; creating and developing sales tools; performing CRM audits and reporting; collaborating with marketing and other departments; coordinating projects; analyzing and optimizing workflows; and developing sales and marketing materials. Requirements include analytical problem-solving skills, independent and proactive work capability, experience in sales enablement roles, fluency in English, strong communication and presentation skills, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and Google Slides/Docs. Knowledge of digital and programmatic marketing is advantageous. The role is remote based in Poland and offers stable long-term cooperation on a B2B or contract of mandate basis.
