Kevel seeks a strategic, customer-facing Programme Manager to lead a key retail media customer program. Responsibilities include managing the program, acting as primary contact, providing executive communications, shaping go-to-market propositions, establishing migration processes, leading migration execution, maintaining on-site customer presence, partnering with Customer Success for onboarding, relaying customer needs to internal teams, monitoring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with Business Strategy. Requirements include experience managing strategic customer relationships, strong cross-functional communication, client-facing experience, understanding customer goals, comfort with metrics, and retail media or marketplace technology familiarity. The role is full-time, hybrid remote in the UK with some onsite presence in London. Salary range is £70,000 - £82,000 annually. What you'll do
- Manage the retail media program for a key customer, acting as the primary point of contact for their program teams.
- Provide regular, executive-ready customer communications, delivering consistent progress updates, managing expectations, and reinforcing stakeholder confidence throughout the program.
- Shape a high-impact proposition for launch and beyond, providing go-to-market expertise to stakeholders across the client's retail media organisation.
- Establish and optimize scalable migration processes with the right tools, systems, and operational frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end execution of migration programs, ensuring on-time delivery with proactive risk identification and escalation to minimize revenue disruption and protect customer experience.
- Maintain a regular on-site presence with the customer, attending meetings and proactively engaging in discussions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success teams to drive seamless onboarding and implementation.
- Relay customer issues, requests, and product needs to Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and internal partners for timely resolution and alignment.
- Maintain a point of view on customer satisfaction and engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement and escalation.
- Ensure customer needs are met through the Kevel product by confirming metrics, goals, and measures of success; regularly review outcomes and adjust approaches.
- Work closely with the Business Strategy team to inform recommendations to the client and drive retail media value.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing strategic, high-value customer relationships.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate business needs to technical teams.
- Experience working on-site with customers or in a client-facing role.
- Ability to understand customer business goals and align solutions to meet them.
- Comfortable working with metrics and defining measures of success.
- Retail media experience or familiarity with retail/marketplace technology is a must have!
