Choozle is hiring a mid-level Programmatic (Integrated) Media Specialist with 2+ years experience in programmatic media planning and buying, focusing on retail media and omni-channel strategies. The role requires expertise in Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), real-time bidding (RTB), and integration with digital channels in retail environments. Responsibilities include collaborating with account teams to develop media plans, managing campaign builds, onboarding and training clients on the Choozle platform, optimizing campaigns for retail KPIs, and supporting client outcomes reporting. Candidates must be US-based and authorized to work without sponsorship. Salary range is $65K-$75K annually. What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Account Executives/Managers to develop strategic, data-driven programmatic-first media plans and insertion orders for retail and omni-channel clients
  • Use programmatic expertise and Choozle platform to provide strategic recommendations within client briefs integrating retail media strategies
  • Ensure quality assurance of third-party partner programmatic campaign creation aligned with retail-specific insertion order specs
  • Own new client experience including platform onboarding, implementation, training, and increasing adoption to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs on Choozle platform capabilities
  • Customize onboarding based on client goals, objectives, and skill levels
  • Provide hands-on guidance for account setup, platform navigation, and campaign configuration
  • Maintain solutions-oriented approach to optimize client satisfaction and campaign performance in retail environments
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party partners to monitor campaign performance, pacing, KPI attainment, and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to report client outcomes and KPIs aligning programmatic strategies with business objectives
  • Attend client meetings to support revenue teams with insights and strategic input
  • Support cross-team initiatives with VP/Director-level members providing retail-specific programmatic expertise and participating in client meetings

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media planning and buying with emphasis on retail media and omni-channel strategies
  • Deep understanding and passion for programmatic media, real-time bidding (RTB), and integration with other digital channels in retail
  • Experience working with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and executing buys within DSP interfaces focusing on retail targeting and optimization
  • Strategic thinker with proactive approach to client needs in programmatic and digital contexts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex programmatic strategies and retail performance impact
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize programmatic campaigns focusing on retail KPIs and metrics
  • Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally with revenue and ad operations teams
  • Driven to stay updated on programmatic industry trends and retail/omni-channel developments
  • Familiarity with third-party ad servers and digital reporting dashboards for programmatic and retail campaign performance measurement
  • Must be located in the US and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
