Full job description

Scibids, part of DoubleVerify, is hiring a Programmatic Account Manager / Programmatic Specialist. The role involves onboarding new clients, managing client relationships, leading training and impact review sessions, strategizing with sales to grow business, and problem-solving. Candidates should have professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success/account management in the programmatic space, with experience on DV360 or The Trade Desk preferred. Additional experience with Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok is a plus. The role requires fluency in Thai and English, strong communication skills, and being based in or near Bangkok for client meetings. This is a remote full-time position focused on programmatic advertising.

What you'll do

  • Lead onboarding of new clients
  • Be the main point of contact for any client questions or concerns
  • Own specific client relationships from an Account Management perspective
  • Lead training sessions and improve the knowledge and skills of clients
  • Lead impact review sessions, proving the ROI of Scibids
  • Strategize with sales lead to grow and develop existing client business and win new business
  • Problem-solving with the wider Scibids team to resolve issues
  • Provide first class customer service with a forward thinking and opportunistic approach

Requirements

  • Professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success/account manager team in the programmatic space
  • Experience working on at least DV360 or The Trade Desk
  • Good to have experience on Google Ads, Meta or TikTok
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
  • Start up environment experience would be an asset
  • A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
  • Ambition to grow your career as the company scales
  • Advanced mathematics studies or a maths major will be an asset
  • Fluent in Thai and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be based in or around Bangkok to allow for travel to client meetings
