Full job description

The role reports to the Manager, Client Services and focuses on post-sales client relationships, user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion. The candidate will collaborate with Account Executives, Client Service support, and cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, designing campaign strategies, reporting on campaign goals, optimizing campaigns using RTB/programmatic expertise, setting up campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, identifying upsell opportunities, and providing strategic advice. The role requires 6+ years of experience in RTB/programmatic, experience with Google AdWords or Facebook Ads, strong client relationship management skills, and familiarity with digital advertising trends. The position is remote-first with preference for candidates in Colorado and requires up to 20% travel. Salary range is $96,000 to $132,000 USD base.
