Full job description
The role reports to the Senior Manager, Client Services and focuses on post-sales client relationships including user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, designing campaign strategies, ensuring campaign success through reporting and optimization, setting up campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, identifying upselling opportunities, and providing strategic advice to clients. The role requires 3+ years of RTB/programmatic experience, familiarity with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads, strong client relationship skills, and knowledge of digital advertising trends. The position is remote-first but prioritizes candidates located in New York. Travel up to 20% is expected.
