Full job description

The role reports to the Director of Client Services and focuses on post-sales client relationships, user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, designing campaign strategies, ensuring campaign success through reporting and optimizations, setting up campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, identifying upselling opportunities, and providing strategic advice. The position requires 3+ years of experience in RTB/programmatic media buying, familiarity with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads, strong client relationship management skills, and knowledge of digital advertising trends. The role is remote-first with preference for candidates located in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or Washington, D.C. Travel up to 20% is expected.

What you'll do

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across various verticals
  • Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
  • Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on campaign goals and strategic optimizations to meet KPIs
  • Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting
  • Identify upselling opportunities and improve services through development of tools, procedures, and reports to increase efficiency
  • Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance regularly
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training/education
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and act as a strategic advisor to clients
  • Travel up to 20% of the time

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
  • Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence
  • Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
  • Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas
  • Experience working with complex databases is a plus
