Full job description
The role reports to the Senior Manager of Client Services and focuses on post-sales client relationships, user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion. Responsibilities include managing a client portfolio, designing campaign strategies, optimizing campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, providing reporting and strategic solutions, identifying revenue growth opportunities, analyzing campaign data, leading client meetings and training, and traveling to meet clients as needed. Candidates must have 5-7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital media buying, preferably within a DSP or adtech environment, be located in Germany, and have strong commercial acumen and client management skills. Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and DSP platforms is required. What you'll do
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across various verticals
- Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
- Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on campaign goals and strategic optimizations to meet KPIs
- Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting
- Identify upsell opportunities, renewal risks, and whitespace for revenue growth
- Analyze campaign data to make informed recommendations and uncover new growth opportunities
- Lead in-person and virtual client meetings, presentations, training sessions, and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Act as a strategic advisor providing thought leadership and guidance to help clients scale their business
- Travel to meet clients when required, including hosting meetings, agency visits, and client events
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media buying, or performance marketing, ideally within a DSP or adtech environment
- Located in Germany with strong knowledge and network within the region
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing client revenue and influencing business outcomes through strategic thinking
- Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
- Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence
- Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue
- Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
- Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas
- Experience working with complex databases is a plus
