Full job description

DoubleVerify is hiring a mid-level Programmatic Account Manager for a remote role based in the Philippines, requiring proximity to Metro Manila for occasional in-person client briefings. The role involves onboarding new clients, managing client relationships, leading training and impact review sessions, strategizing business growth, and problem-solving. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or account management, with experience in DV360 or The Trade Desk, and preferably Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok. Strong communication skills in English and Filipino/Tagalog are required. The position offers bonus/commission, equity, and other benefits.

What you'll do

  • Lead onboarding of new clients
  • Be the main point of contact for any client questions or concerns
  • Own specific client relationships from an Account Management perspective
  • Lead training sessions and improve the knowledge and skills of clients
  • Lead impact review sessions, proving the ROI of Scibids
  • Strategize with sales lead to grow and develop existing client business and win new business
  • Problem-solving with the wider Scibids team to resolve issues
  • Provide first class customer service and build strong working relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success/account manager team in the programmatic space
  • Experience working on at least DV360 or The Trade Desk
  • Good to have experience on Google Ads, Meta or TikTok
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
  • Start up environment experience would be an asset
  • A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
  • Ambition to grow your career as the company scales
  • Advanced mathematics studies or a maths major will be an asset
  • Fluent in English and Filipino/Tagalog
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal/external team members
  • Proximity to Metro Manila required to attend key in-person client briefings and events
