Full job description
Temporary W2 Program Manager role on dentsu payroll, approximately 40 hours/week, ASAP to 5/31/2027. Remote or hybrid depending on location; must work EST and be US based. Lead and coordinate complex, multi-disciplinary marketing initiatives for US and global clients. Manage global CRM rollout and UAT process. Develop program strategies, lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, oversee program execution and budgets ($1M-$3M+), implement risk management, and mentor junior managers. Requires bachelor's degree, 5+ years program management in marketing/advertising/consulting, advanced Jira skills, familiarity with CRM and marketing tech stacks, and strong leadership and communication skills. Hourly pay $55.01-$85.00. Eligible for paid holidays and sick time per dentsu policy.
