Full job description
Seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream programs with a focus on delivering business outcomes. Responsibilities include defining program strategy, leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and financial performance, ensuring governance and risk management, and stakeholder communication. Requires at least 12 months experience in a SAFe team, leadership skills, experience with web or digital technology teams, and strong governance and financial management capabilities. Position is remote based in Maryland. Salary range $94,000 - $150,000. Requirements
At least 12 months' recent experience working in a SAFe team
SAFe certification is a plus
Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream programs
Experience delivering alongside technology teams in the web or digital space
Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict resolution skills
Deep experience in governance, financial management, and benefits realization
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
Proactive, adaptable mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
