Full job description

Seeking a Marketing Manager for Retail and Commerce Narratives with 6 years experience in product marketing, brand strategy, corporate communications, or narrative-building in tech, retail, or advertising. Responsibilities include driving adoption of Google's AI retail solutions via B2B2C marketing, creating global narratives, influencing senior executives, owning B2B retail and commerce messaging, defining yearly messaging frameworks, and collaborating cross-functionally. Requires experience in B2B marketing narratives, sales enablement, messaging architectures, digital marketing campaigns, executive keynotes, research/vendor collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and project management. Salary range $141,000 - $206,000 plus 15% bonus target, bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you'll do

  • Drive leadership position and ecosystem adoption of Google’s agentic commerce and AI retail solutions through a B2B2C marketing approach
  • Architect global narratives for Google’s next-generation, AI-driven commerce solutions
  • Influence senior executives and shape how the retail ecosystem adopts agentic AI
  • Own the end-to-end creation of core B2B retail and commerce narratives
  • Define the yearly messaging framework and ensure alignment with broader Ads and B2C Shopping narratives
  • Dynamically evolve messaging throughout the year with a focus on the holiday shopping season
  • Collaborate with global Product Marketing Managers, regional marketing teams, and scaled marketing channels
  • Drive business impact through compelling content, major industry events, and thought leadership channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience in product marketing, brand strategy, corporate communications, or a narrative-building role within the tech, retail, or advertising industry
  • Experience building B2B marketing narratives, sales enablement materials, or corporate messaging architectures
  • Experience developing messaging for scaled digital marketing campaigns and scripting high-profile executive keynotes for industry events
  • Experience working with research or message-testing vendors to validate narrative effectiveness and use data to refine positioning
  • Demonstrated success navigating highly matrixed organizations and aligning stakeholders
  • Proven ability to understand complex industry trajectories and influence senior audiences using narrative arcs
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment
