Procurement Specialist

What you'll do

• Lead negotiations for new and renewal SaaS contracts securing optimal financial and legal terms
• Support stakeholders with large-scale, cross-functional RFPs and vendor evaluations
• Identify and eliminate redundant spend through vendor consolidation and license optimization
• Design and implement procurement frameworks and process improvements to enhance compliance and reduce cycle times
• Conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and spend forecasting
• Build and maintain long-term vendor partnerships focused on accountability and strategic alignment
• Ensure vendor agreements comply with global data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
• Manage the procure-to-pay lifecycle using P2P platforms including purchase requests, contract renewals, PO creation and reporting
• Maintain rigorous standards for agreements, purchase orders, and approval procedures

Requirements

• Experience in strategic IT procurement managing hardware, enterprise SaaS/PaaS, and professional services sourcing and contracting
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT supplier base and expert negotiation skills for complex IT contracts
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) lifecycle management and procurement best practices
• Expertise in SaaS procure-to-pay platforms, preferably Zip, including workflow customization and advanced reporting
• Strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets for spend and data metric analysis
• Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
• Passion for AI and implementing cutting-edge procurement solutions
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
• Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment supporting rapid growth
