Eskimi is seeking a Regional People Partner (Europe) to work closely with regional line managers and teams across Europe. The role involves coaching managers, running employee engagement surveys, delivering internal training, supporting HR initiatives such as onboarding and retention, and leveraging AI and digital tools to optimize HR workflows. Candidates should have 3+ years experience in HR roles supporting regional or multi-location teams, strong English skills, and a pragmatic approach to aligning people initiatives with business goals. The position offers hybrid work arrangements, professional development, recognition programs, private health insurance (location-dependent), volunteer days, team events, and an extra day off for birthdays. Salary range is €3,300–€4,000 gross per month. Locations include Vilnius and Kaunas in Lithuania, Barcelona in Spain, and Warsaw in Poland.
