Full job description
StackAdapt seeks a People Operations Intern to support Talent, People & Office Operations teams. Responsibilities include administrative support across employee lifecycle (interview scheduling, ATS management, onboarding/offboarding in HRIS), mailbox monitoring, document preparation, policy tracking, data entry and audits, system updates, and office coordination backup. Candidates must be enrolled in a post-secondary program (preferably HR), have strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently. This is a remote internship based in Canada. Compensation ranges from $18 to $22 CAD per hour.
What you'll do
- Provide administrative support across employee lifecycle including interview scheduling, managing talent workflows in ATS, onboarding/offboarding in HRIS, submitting internal support tickets
- Monitor People Operations and Global Mobility mailboxes, respond to employee questions and route requests
