Full job description Liftoff seeks a full-time People Operations Generalist to support the employee lifecycle primarily for the Americas region (US, Brazil, Canada). Responsibilities include managing HR inquiries, onboarding/offboarding, leave management, benefits administration, compliance training, employee data management, and supporting performance and engagement programs. Requires 2+ years HR generalist experience, preferably with UKG/Ultipro, leave administration knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills, and a growth mindset. Remote work eligible in multiple US states. Compensation varies by location with salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 plus bonus. Benefits include equity, health, vision, dental, and wellness stipends.

Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of HR Generalist/Operations experience in fast-paced technology environments PHR or aPHR certification OR willingness to obtain certification within 18 months of hire Experience managing global HR systems, preferably UKG/Ultipro Prior experience with leave administration in the US; experience with Canada and Brazil is a plus Familiarity with ticketing systems, including reassigning, categorizing, and updating tickets, is a plus Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and commitment to workplace integrity Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Customer-focused attitude with professionalism and discretion Growth mindset with willingness to improve processes and learn new skills Data-driven approach leveraging metrics and insights Ability to take ownership and drive timely solutions Collaborative and team-oriented mindset Tech stack UKG/Ultipro Cocoon HR ticketing systems
