Full job description
Tatari seeks a People Operations Coordinator in Irvine, CA to manage office operations, recruiting coordination, and employee engagement programs. Responsibilities include being the first contact for employees and candidates, managing office logistics and events, supporting recruiting processes, improving workflows, troubleshooting office technology, and assisting with ad hoc projects. Requires a bachelor's degree, 1+ year experience in office management or recruiting coordination in a startup, vendor management experience, strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with G Suite, Slack, and Office 365. This is an on-site full-time role with hourly pay of $28-$32 and benefits including equity, health insurance, 401K, education stipend, unlimited PTO, and wellness days.
What you'll do
- Serve as the first point of contact for Tatari employees, candidates, and any stakeholders
- Oversee all office management tasks including office move, facility organization, ordering snacks or lunches, planning and executing team building events
