StackAdapt seeks a mid-level People Business Partner to support the Revenue organization remotely in Canada. The role involves advising Sales and Customer Success leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, and HR programs to drive business growth. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, executing performance and talent initiatives, using HR data for insights, and scaling the revenue team. Candidates should have 4+ years of relevant HR experience, strong communication and influencing skills, knowledge of employment laws, and an analytical mindset. The position offers a salary range of $76,000 to $100,000 CAD and a comprehensive benefits package.

What you'll do

  • Engage proactively with Revenue leaders (VP+) and managers to understand business and people challenges
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach on people matters including organizational design and talent planning
  • Partner with senior leaders to execute HR programs such as performance enablement, engagement, talent development, and organizational change
  • Lead calibration sessions and facilitate manager trainings
  • Develop credibility and trust with Director and VP-level stakeholders by aligning HR initiatives with business strategy
  • Use HR data and dashboards to identify retention and engagement patterns and develop strategies
  • Coach managers to embrace courageous conversations and model integrity, equity, and empathy
  • Recommend and operationalize best practices to scale the Revenue organization
  • Act as a connector between People functions and the business

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a People Business Partner or equivalent
  • Experience supporting a Revenue or Sales organization
  • Ability to anticipate organizational needs and provide proactive solutions
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with SVP and VP-level stakeholders
  • Self-starter attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and scalable growth strategies
  • Comfortable using data tools to surface insights and measure HR initiatives
