Full job description

Senior role in People function to build AI agents, automations, and internal tools for recruiting, onboarding, performance, and HR operations. Responsibilities include shipping production AI tools, organizing internal AI enablement programs, partnering with Engineering on infrastructure, defining responsible AI usage policies, and measuring adoption and impact. Requires 5+ years experience with 2+ years shipping internal tools for non-technical users, proficiency in Python or TypeScript, APIs, prompt engineering, and familiarity with AI/automation tools like Dust, n8n, Make, Claude, OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, MCP, Retool, or Airtable scripts. Fluent English required. Hybrid work model based in Paris. Salary range €88,000–€120,000. Benefits include variable pay, health insurance, meal vouchers, annual offsite, and quarterly tech syncs.

What you'll do

  • Ship production AI agents and automations for People workflows like recruiting, onboarding, and mobility
  • Observe real processes to find where automation creates immediate leverage
  • Deploy with n8n, Claude Code, Notion AI, and the broader stack
  • Measure, test, and improve every tool put into production
  • Organize Vibe's internal AI Champions program end to end
  • Identify 1–2 power users per team and equip them with a playbook
  • Organize community through office hours, brown bags, and hands-on sessions
  • Teach recruiters, office managers, and HR teammates to build their first agent in one sitting
  • Partner with Engineering to build data access, MCP servers, and governance for safe building
  • Translate People and Operations needs into clear technical requirements
  • Ensure systems stay secure, scalable, and maintainable
  • Set clear standards for data classification, approved tools, and internal workflows
  • Clarify data usage policies and approved environments
  • Build guardrails with Legal, Infra, and Engineering to protect trust and privacy
  • Measure adoption, time saved, agents in production, and team productivity gains
  • Identify highest-leverage opportunities across People and adjacent teams
  • Build and run a pragmatic roadmap with the Chief People Officer

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years shipping internal tools, agents, or automations for non-technical users in production
  • Hands-on builder with Python or TypeScript, APIs, prompt engineering, and agent evaluation
  • Deep familiarity with at least two modern AI and automation tools such as Dust, n8n, Make, Claude, OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, MCP, Retool, or Airtable scripts
  • Track record working closely with non-technical stakeholders across People, Operations, Finance, Sales, or Product
  • Strong process judgment: able to observe a team, spot high-leverage automation, and design better systems
  • Fluent English-speaking operator who can train teams without creating dependency
