StackAdapt is seeking a mid-level Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end Canadian payroll processing across multiple provinces. Responsibilities include processing payroll inputs, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation, reconciling payroll records, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll issues, and improving payroll processes through automation. Candidates must have 2+ years of Canadian multi-province payroll experience, knowledge of CRA regulations, experience with payroll/HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforcenow, UKG, or Rippling, strong attention to detail, and communication skills. This is a full-time remote role based in Canada. Salary range is $52,000 to $71,500 CAD.
What you'll do
- Own and process end-to-end Canadian payroll across multiple provinces ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Review and validate payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, commissions, leaves of absence, vacation payouts, and other earnings and deductions
