Full job description

StackAdapt seeks a mid-level Partner Manager with 3-5+ years of RTB/programmatic experience to manage and grow a book of business by scaling indirect spend through productization. The role requires hybrid skills in technical account management and enterprise sales, strong API and integration knowledge, and experience managing large-scale accounts. Responsibilities include leading partner transformations, designing white-labeled ad products, engaging C-suite and product stakeholders, and providing technical consulting on API integrations. This is a remote-first full-time position prioritizing candidates in the East Coast time zone. Compensation ranges from $112,000 to $133,000 CAD base salary for Ontario candidates, with additional bonuses and benefits. What you'll do

  • Take full ownership of a book of business, scaling indirect spend through strategic productization
  • Act as a lead change agent working with partner Product and Sales leadership to design and launch white-labeled ad offerings
  • Engage stakeholders across C-suite, Product Strategy, and Operations to align business goals with technical capabilities
  • Provide high-level technical consulting on API integrations and platform operations
  • Leverage StackAdapt platform and Ivy™ to help partners automate campaign workflows
  • Serve as a thought leader to encourage partners to move faster and leverage AI-powered marketing platform

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of RTB/Programmatic experience (DSP, SSP, or Ad Network)
  • Hybrid background of Technical Account Management and Enterprise Sales
  • Ability to innovate and engage stakeholders proactively
  • Comfortable with APIs and technical integrations, able to lead engineers through logic
  • Experience managing high-stakes, large-scale accounts with indirect growth
  • Experience as a power user of a Demand-Side Platform is a significant advantage
