StackAdapt seeks a Media Insights & Analytics Lead to join the Data & Analytics team, leading strategic analytics and insights for Holdco partnerships across EMEA. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring collaboration with Solutions, Sales, and Client Services teams to deliver data-driven measurement solutions. Responsibilities include acting as a trusted analytics partner, participating in strategy workshops, delivering insights narratives, leveraging data and analytics tools for optimization, supporting test-and-learn initiatives, collaborating with product teams on analytics enhancements, and leading cross-functional initiatives. Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in analytics or insights within adtech, media, or digital marketing, strong programmatic media measurement expertise, experience with media holding companies and large agencies, proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, Excel), and excellent data storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills. What you'll do
- Act as a trusted analytics partner to Holdcos, independent agencies, and direct clients across EMEA
- Participate in discovery and strategy workshops to understand business goals, media strategy, and success metrics
- Represent StackAdapt onsite and in key client meetings delivering clear, data-backed insights narratives
- Leverage platform data, measurement solutions, and analytics tools to generate actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Develop insight frameworks and data storytelling to elevate client data usage for media decisions
- Support test-and-learn initiatives by helping clients structure learning agendas and interpret performance trends
- Collaborate with Solutions and Product teams to identify and define analytics or measurement enhancements
- Maintain strong understanding of media and adtech ecosystem to contextualize insights and inform analytics evolution
- Lead cross-functional initiatives such as measurement & attribution solutions, client media strategy & activation, reporting automation
- Collaborate across departments to develop best practices, thought leadership content, and enablement materials
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or insights roles within adtech, media, or digital marketing
- Strong background in programmatic media measurement and translating raw data into actionable business recommendations
- Proven experience working with media holding companies and large global agencies (e.g., WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas) and enterprise advertisers
- Deep understanding of complex stakeholder structures, multi-brand and multi-market environments
- Experience delivering scalable yet customised measurement and insights across agency-led and direct-to-advertiser partnerships
- Background in multi-channel marketing measurement, including email and offline media (plus)
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders with data narratives
- Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional or strategic client initiatives
- Experience influencing higher level executives and marketing decision makers
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, or advanced Excel)
