Manager - Talent Acquisition role requiring 6-10 years experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and business roles across EMEA and US. Responsibilities include partnering with international hiring managers, proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, providing market intelligence, working flexible shifts covering European and US business hours, and maintaining ATS pipeline data. Requirements include expertise in recruiting for IT and non-IT roles in AdTech/SaaS, advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS skills, excellent English communication, and strong negotiation skills. Remote position with European/US shift timings.
