StackAdapt seeks a Manager, Pricing & Deal Management to support North America Commercial organization, reporting to the Director of Pricing & Deal Management. The role involves leading Deal Desk operations, driving deal structuring, pricing governance, and automation workflows primarily for North America with support for APAC. Responsibilities include collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams, contract review, financial modeling, and Salesforce administration. Candidates should have 5+ years in Deal Desk or related roles, expertise in Salesforce and automation, strong analytical and leadership skills, and experience in AdTech is preferred. The position is remote-first, prioritizing candidates in the Pacific Time Zone. What you'll do

  • Operate Deal Desk function driving complex deal structuring and scalable workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams
  • Manage commercial incentives across North America and APAC
  • Partner with Legal for contract review and risk mitigation
  • Support pricing, discount, and go-to-market decisions through financial modeling and analysis
  • Build and maintain automation workflows including Salesforce administration
  • Lead project-based initiatives to enhance deal structuring, pricing governance, and operational efficiency
  • Communicate and refine new deal strategies and operational processes across stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk or related roles (deal management, pricing & planning or tech strategy, pricing), ideally in AdTech organizations
  • Experience designing and overseeing automated validation frameworks for pricing models
  • Experience auditing Deal Desk lifecycle to replace manual approvals with logic-based auto-approvals
  • Salesforce/Admin expertise including building workflows, automation, and integrations
  • Proficiency in platforms like ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Ironclad is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Strategic mindset with willingness to innovate and implement operational improvements
