Perion is a global ad tech company delivering AI/ML-based solutions across multiple platforms. The ML Engineer role at Outmax involves building and deploying bid optimization ML pipelines, designing statistical frameworks to improve campaign KPIs, developing production-grade backend services exposing ML model outputs via API, wiring MCP servers to extend data sources and actions, and owning features end-to-end. Candidates must have 3+ years experience in machine learning, data science, or backend engineering, strong Python skills, solid statistics and ML knowledge, ability to manage full feature lifecycle in a small team, and proficiency in English. Experience with adtech platforms (DSPs, SSPs) and agentic AI frameworks (MCP, LangChain) is a plus. The role is based in Montpellier or Paris with flexible remote options.
