Full job description
Integral Ad Science seeks a Legal Operations Specialist to support daily legal operations. Responsibilities include developing efficient legal processes, enforcing internal controls, managing legal technology solutions (CLM, DMS, legal AI), maintaining legal knowledge management systems, strategic planning for the legal department, assisting in contract drafting and negotiation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in business, administration, law, or related field; experience in legal operations or related roles; proficiency with legal and sales software (Conga, Linksquares, Salesforce); strong computer skills with Google and Microsoft Office Suites; excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and multitasking skills; and prior AdTech experience preferred.
