Full job description
Lead the operational strategy and execution for StackAdapt's non-programmatic and emerging channels. Partner with Inventory Development and cross-functional teams to improve quality and operational excellence. Develop AI-driven automation solutions to increase productivity and reduce cycle times. Define KPIs and analyze data to measure impact and support executive decisions. Manage inventory content and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Mentor team members and support complex projects. Requires 5+ years in operations or program management, experience with AI tools and automation, content management skills, analytical rigor, cross-functional influence, and strong communication and mentorship abilities. Full-time remote role based in Canada with a salary range of $114,400 to $157,300 CAD.
