Full job description

Lead Software Engineer role at RevX focused on building and scaling AdTech systems handling 5M+ QPS and petabytes of data. Responsibilities include architecting and optimizing DSP bidder for high throughput and sub-millisecond latency, integrating new advertising channels into RTB platform, collaborating with data scientists for model integration, engineering low latency inference pipelines, providing technical leadership, translating marketing requirements into scalable backend solutions, ensuring system security and compliance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system resource utilization. Required skills: Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field, 5+ years in software development with Java and C++, deep knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, non-blocking network I/O, Unix/Linux proficiency, relational databases, distributed datastores, message brokers, CI/CD, Git, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and agile communication. Preferred: experience with programmatic advertising, RTB, DSPs, GCP, BigQuery, privacy regulations, and OpenRTB protocol. Locations: Bangalore, Gurugram, Mumbai, India. Full-time, on-site position.
