Full job description
Lead the development of a new identity graph and standardized onboarding processes for web, CTV, and mobile identifiers in AdTech. Responsibilities include building ingestion pipelines, managing audience data layers for self-serve, improving observability and alerting, and leading data engineers. Requires experience designing and owning large-scale data systems, leading engineers, mastery of Python, Airflow, Spark, SQL (Snowflake), AWS, Kubernetes, and working with third-party APIs. Preferred experience includes identity resolution, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), data cleanrooms, CI/CD, monitoring tools, and streaming technologies.
What you'll do
- Build a new identity graph: assess current state, set direction, and sequence rollout including identifier sync, translation, clustering, and opt-out handling
- Standardize partner and client onboarding across web, CTV, and mobile identifiers, including cleanroom onboarding to reduce cost per new feed
