Full job description

Kargo seeks a senior data engineer to build and lead the development of a new identity graph and standardized ingestion pipelines for partner and client onboarding across web, CTV, and mobile identifiers. Responsibilities include building the identity graph with features like identifier sync, translation, clustering, and opt-out handling; preparing the identity audience data layer for self-serve discovery and reporting; owning observability and alerting standards; and leading a team of data engineers. Candidates must have experience designing and owning large-scale data systems, leading engineers, mastery of Python, Airflow, Spark, SQL (Snowflake), AWS, Kubernetes, and working with third-party APIs. Familiarity with AI tooling, identity resolution in AdTech, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), data cleanrooms, CI/CD, and monitoring tools is strongly preferred. This is a full-time remote role based in the European Union.
