Full job description
Attain is hiring a Junior Talent Partner to support hiring efforts in a high-growth environment. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Chicago, IL (4 days in office, 1 day remote). Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records (Greenhouse), supporting hiring managers with logistics, enhancing candidate experience, assisting sourcing, tracking recruiting metrics, supporting onboarding, and improving recruiting workflows. Candidates should have 1+ years experience in recruiting operations or related roles, familiarity with AI tools, ATS, Google Calendar, Slack, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
What you'll do
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and interview panels
- Act as main point of contact for candidates throughout the process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS (Greenhouse)
