Full job description

Support the legal department of the joint-stock company with daily tasks. Assist in drafting and reviewing letters, regulations, and internal acts for the company and group entities, including employment documentation. Monitor legal changes affecting group companies. Support corporate governance and legal services related to employment within the group. Requirements: at least third year of law studies, minimum 1 year experience in legal department or law firm advising business entities, very good English skills, knowledge of additional foreign language is a plus, practical knowledge of civil law especially commercial company law or employment law, very good MS Office skills, accuracy, engagement, and independence. Contract type: mandate contract or B2B. Location: Warsaw, Poland.
