Full job description

Support the legal department of the joint-stock company with daily tasks. Assist in drafting and reviewing letters, regulations, internal acts, and employment documentation. Monitor legal changes affecting the Group's companies. Support corporate governance and legal services related to employment within the Group. Requirements: at least third year of law studies, minimum 1 year experience in a legal department or law firm advising business entities or employment law, very good English for communication and legal documentation, knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus, practical knowledge of civil law especially commercial company law or employment law, very good MS Office skills, accuracy, engagement, and independence.
